Pelvic floor exercise to reduce sexual pain

 

Begin exercise with feet hip-width apart

lift your bottom up to “stick your bottom out”

place hands on ribcage as shown in picture

breathe in for 6 secs allowing ribcage to move outwards

breathe out for 6 secs, allowing ribcage to relax

 
 
The vagina muscles are connected to the breathing muscle, using the breathing muscle or diaphragm can help you relax your vagina muscles
