Is sex painful? try this stretching and breathing exercise

 
 

Begin by kneeling on the floor,

sit back on your heel

gently bend forward till your forehead touches the ground

allow your back to relax completely on the ground and bring your arms in front of you as shown in picture

Breath in and allow your pelvic floor/vagina muscles to relax, gently bear down or lengthen your vagina, muscles as you continue breathing in

Release and breathe out
